Lead Creative Visioner Job Description:As a Lead Creative Visioner, you will develop and articulate the creative vision and direction for the brand. You will translate objectives into compelling visual concepts and strategies, staying updated with current industry trends and creative techniques.You will ensure that the team's creative work aligns with the brand and meets requirements. This includes leading and inspiring a team of 7 experienced creative professionals, including videographers, 3D artists, and designers.You will provide clear creative direction and guidelines to the team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Delegation of tasks and responsibilities to team members will ensure efficient workflow.Regular team meetings and reviews will monitor progress and provide feedback. Skill development and talent enhancement of team members through mentorship and training opportunities are key to your role. Project Conceptualization and Development:Collaborate with internal teams (production, e-comm, performance marketing) to understand project objectives and requirements. Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas.Develop storyboards, mood boards, and other visual references to communicate the creative vision. Articulate and sell creative concepts to internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity. Quality Control and Creative Execution:Oversee execution of creative concepts throughout production process.
