Lead Motion & Postproduction SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Motion & Postproduction Specialist to join our team.This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with expertise in shaping and elevating the craft of motion design, CGI, and post-production. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life.Your primary objective will be to deliver high-end motion graphics, special effects (SFX), visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.The successful candidate will have a strong background in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, preferably within large advertising, film, or creative-production environments. They should possess deep hands-on proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, DaVinci Resolve, and Flame.In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale. In return, we expect our new hire to contribute to our continued success and growth as a leader in the creative production industry.Motion Graphics and Post-Production LeadershipTeam Management and DevelopmentProject Coordination and ExecutionQuality Control and AssuranceKey Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline from storyboard to final delivery.Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Ensure the highest visual fidelity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.Desirable Skills and Qualifications:Experience in studio setup, pipeline design, and workflow automation for motion/VFX.Exposure to AR/VR, 3D visualization, or immersive content creation.Knowledge of scripting or plug-in integration for efficiency (Python, JavaScript for After Effects, or Houdini scripts).Experience in color management workflows (ACES, HDR, LUTs).
