The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling large language model (LLM) operations infrastructure.The successful candidate will have expertise in MLOps and cloud-native architectures. They will ensure that LLM solutions are deployed, monitored, and continuously improved at enterprise scale. The role involves partnering with data science, research, and product teams to streamline the end-to-end lifecycle of LLMs, from training and fine-tuning to inference and responsible AI governance.The key responsibilities of this position include:Designing scalable infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, deployment, and inference of LLMs.Establishing best practices for model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and lifecycle management.Implementing safety guardrails, compliance standards, and bias mitigation frameworks to ensure responsible AI.Partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline LLMOps workflows.Building automation pipelines for retraining, dataset updates, and version management.Evaluating tools and frameworks to improve performance, reduce latency, and optimize costs.Ensuring full visibility into deployed models with monitoring and alerting via tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
