Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer.The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable systems that drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys automation, scalability, and data engineering.About the Role:As a GTM Engineer, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to align systems with business strategy. Your primary focus will be on designing and maintaining integrations between GTM platforms, automating workflows, and building data pipelines that provide actionable insights.Your Key Responsibilities:Design and implement automated workflows that reduce manual busywork and increase GTM efficiency.Own integrations across multiple platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, Make, Slack, Trello, and others.Build dashboards and data pipelines that give teams real-time insights and drive data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to standardize processes and create repeatable systems.Requirements:Strong knowledge of GTM systems and RevOps principles.Hands-on experience with automation tools, including Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, and others.Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (Python/JS a plus).Crm know-how, specifically with HubSpot and Salesforce.Bonus Points If You Have:Demand gen or sales enablement workflow experience.Exposure to BI/data engineering concepts.Why Join Us?This is an amazing opportunity to work with a globally distributed team and contribute to powering GTM engines across industries worldwide.
