Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be tasked with managing client relationships, driving sales, and creating business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting and engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, providing property consultations, and negotiating deals. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for seamless transaction processes and ensuring client satisfaction. QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage client relationships and provide excellent customer serviceSales and negotiation skillsKnowledge of real estate markets and property managementProficiency in data analytics and CRM toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work on-site and collaborate with internal teamsRelevant experience in real estate or related fields is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
