Supply Chain Optimization ExpertOur organization seeks a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Expert to lead end-to-end demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization processes using modern cloud platforms.Key responsibilities include:Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate and reliable demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors.Supply Planning: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.Inventory Optimization: Implement and maintain effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud-based planning platforms (SAP IBP, Oracle Cloud, Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9, Anaplan) and strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.A strong understanding of statistical forecasting methods and experience working with large datasets is essential for this role.Requirements:3–8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)Hands-on experience with cloud-based planning platforms (SAP IBP, Oracle Cloud, Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9, Anaplan)Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization toolsExperience working with large datasets and statistical forecasting methodsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic multi-location environmentThis is an immediate joiner position requiring the selected candidate to start work as soon as possible.
