The role of a Senior Application Support Engineer is to be the primary point of contact for escalated product issues and drive the pace of resolution. Familiarity with AWS services, SQL, release management tools, and service reporting tools like Datadog is highly valued.About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects that improve service delivery and working on a small team with hands-on service delivery. You will participate in incident response processes and contribute to change management.What We're Looking ForWe value experience in software companies with customer-facing products and those who can navigate competing priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build partnerships are essential. Payments experience is a plus but not required.The Tools We UseWe utilize Hubspot for CRM, Jira for tracking support tickets, and AWS for backend systems. Our payment services integrate with third-party partners, particularly point-of-sale systems. Familiarity with POS or managing issues with third-party partners is valued.
