Job Title:PDI Application Support SpecialistJob Description:We are seeking a skilled PDI Application Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support for PDI solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring seamless business continuity.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 support for PDI applications across multiple retail locations.Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and uptime.Troubleshoot incidents, configuration issues, and integration failures.Support store operations, POS integrations, fuel pricing, inventory, and back-office processes.Coordinate with internal business teams, vendor support, and end users.Document fixes, SOPs, support workflows, and known issues.Perform routine checks, maintenance tasks, and release validations.Support operational changes, upgrades, and patch cycles.Ensure timely resolution of tickets in accordance with SLAs.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience supporting PDI applications (Back Office, Logistics, Fuel Management, or Store Systems).Strong understanding of retail fuel/convenience store workflows.Experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools.Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently in a production support environment.Benefits:This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, develop your technical skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.Others:We value diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
