Vendor Management SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the design, development, and optimization of our Vendor Management Operations (VMO) tool.Elicitation & Discovery: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand vendor management needs.Documentation: Develop business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, user stories, process maps, and data dictionaries with clear acceptance criteria.Analysis & Design: Define as-is processes, identify gaps, and model optimized to-be workflows in alignment with business goals.Validation & Sign-off: Confirm requirements with stakeholders, manage approvals, and ensure alignment across business and IT teams.Development Support: Work closely with technical teams to translate requirements into system features, workflows, and integrations.Testing & QA: Support QA team by creating UAT scenarios, validating functionality against requirements, and coordinating defect resolution.Implementation & Adoption: Facilitate user training, create guides and SOPs, and ensure smooth rollout of the VMO tool.Post-Implementation Review: Collect user feedback, measure performance against key performance indicators, and recommend continuous improvements.This role requires ownership of the full business analysis lifecycle, from initial discovery through implementation and user adoption.
