Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.This role involves providing exceptional customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person, and require strong problem-solving skills and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support:Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.Provide accurate information regarding products and services.Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.Issue Resolution:Identify customer needs and provide the best possible resolution.Escalate complex issues when necessary.Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.Update customer accounts and process orders, returns, or requests.Generate reports as needed.Product & Policy Knowledge:Stay updated on company products and services.Understand and communicate policies clearly to customers.Team Collaboration:Coordinate with teams to resolve customer issues.Participate in meetings, training, and performance reviews.Required Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Strong communication skills (verbal & written).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools.Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
