We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, including data collection and analysis, resolving payments and weekly and monthly salaries, managing sales and purchase data, and enhancing the entire tracking and reporting process.Key Responsibilities:Enter sales and purchase data from source documents within specified timeframesCompile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for accounting formatReview purchase orders and sales reports for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check outputMaintain tracking and reporting for compliance and accuracyCalculate weekly and monthly salaries for employees and coordinate with vendors for raw material purchasesCompile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare data for computer entryReview data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check outputTrack and obtain further information for incomplete documentsGenerate reports, store completed work in folders in the computer system, and follow backup operationsScan documents and print files when neededKeep information confidentialRespond to queries for information and access relevant files with other channel partners/vendorsReporting and Tracking:Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting systems for 100% accuracyKeep track of daily expenditures to run the office workshop and raw material purchasesMaintain and track attendance and timings of staffKeep track of shipping and dispatches of ordersEnter data for sales and purchasePrepare salaries for blue-collar staff and small vendors like dyers and fabricators, ensuring timely paymentPrepare weekly sales reports in Excel sheetsPrepare weekly purchase reports (expenditure) reportsCollect data for production from the operation department and make weekly production reports of total produced productsFollow up and track payments from clients and other channel partnersProvide all weekly reports to management and update them on requirements aheadPrepare monthly salaries for employees on a monthly pay roleCompile all weekly sales and purchase reports to make them monthly and forward/update them to the audit agency for monthly GST and other compliancesPrepare the company's production report and provide it to management along with sales and purchase reports
