Mortgage Underwriting SupervisorAs an Underwriting Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a group of underwriters to ensure they meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to the mortgage underwriting process. To excel in this role, you should have experience in income calculation, four Cs, and be well-versed in the underwriting process.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, customer service skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills. They should also have experience working in a team-oriented environment and proficiency in MS office applications.
