Responsibilities
Website Strategy and Management: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Fuse Capital website to enhance user experience, drive engagement, and support business goals.
SEO Optimization: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Website Operations and Enhancements : Oversee day-to-day website operations, ensuring timely updates and continuous improvements in functionality and performance.
UI/UX Best Practices: Ensure the website follows best practices for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, creating an intuitive and engaging experience for visitors.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Design and build conversion rate optimised web pages to maximise lead generation and customer acquisition.
Analytics and Insights: Monitor and analyse website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to integrate website and SEO strategies with customer relationship management, optimising user experience and lead generation.
Hands-on experience in building CRO web pages.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
