Key Responsibilities and Expectations:Lead Phase I-IV studies programming activities, aligning with project strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.About the Role:This position oversees one or more Phase I-IV study programming activities, working independently to implement and execute programming standards that support ongoing clinical studies and requests for study reports, regulatory submissions, and ad hoc/post hoc analysis.A key aspect of this role is collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, external functional service providers, and partnering functions to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of all programming requirements.The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in developing and maintaining programming documentations according to established standards and processes. Experience with CDISC standard SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM specifications is highly desirable.Main Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive programming documentations adhering to industry standards and best practices.Create and manage CDISC standard SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Contribute to the development of standardized utility macros and participate in establishing and maintaining statistical programming standards within the organization.Promote a culture of collaboration, contributing to the success of cross-functional teams and fostering open communication among stakeholders.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
