Job Title: Global Lead Statistical ProgrammerThis role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in statistical programming and clinical data analysis. As a Global Lead Statistical Programmer, you will be responsible for leading the development of statistical programs and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of results.Key Responsibilities:Lead statistical programming activities for multiple studies/projects in various therapeutic areas to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.Develop and maintain programming documentations following industry standards and processes.Create CDISC standard SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM specifications.Develop and oversee the development of SAS programs for the creation of SDTM and ADaM datasets following CDISC standards and reports.Contribute to the development of standard and utility macros, participate in establishing and maintaining statistical programming standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science or related discipline with 7-8+ years of programming experience in processing clinical trial data.Strong SAS programming skills in a clinical data environment with excellent analytical skills.Great knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical development and regulatory submissions.Extensive working knowledge of using and implementing CDISC standards.Ability to work independently and on global interdisciplinary teams.Benefits:Opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Others:We are an equal opportunities employer.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.We are committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
