Sourcing Consultant: Sourcing Consultant to provide effective sourcing services covering local and regional locations primarily in Real Estate & Construction and Facilities Management categories.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Sourcing Consultant   will report to Head of Sourcing – Manager and will have the following main responsibilities:

Managing the daily activities within the procurement process, serving as the primary interface with business owners and supplier representatives Execute sourcing projects using the client and the internal systems and complying with client’s policies and procedures Client facing role which requires a candidate with customer centric mindset in understanding, anticipating, and fulfilling customer needs and expectations at every stage of the sourcing process Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Drafting contracts based on the client’s standard terms and conditions Negotiating contractual terms with vendors with support from the Contract Manager, if needed and based on the client’s terms and conditions Supporting and run RFx, eAuction; creating and managing events in e-sourcing tool Adhering to the client’s corporate standards, including using the defined sourcing tools and processes in the delivery of sourcing initiatives Ensuring the functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met Proactively looking for optimization opportunities Strong preference for background in sourcing experiences in mainly in Real Estate & Construction, Facilities Management.

Profile required:

Hands-on approach and proactiveness Minimum 5 years of experience in related sourcing categories Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop positive relationships with stakeholders Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure Excellent analytical skills and mindset demonstrating problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation Good understanding of sourcing processes and best practices Ready to interact with stakeholders from all organizational levels A delivery-focused sourcer and a team player who is comfortable creating their own profile and credibility Experience in intermediate Excel (Medium to Advance), SAP, Ariba, Powerpoint (must)
