Technical Lead Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of engineers in the development of innovative e-commerce solutions.As a technical lead, you will be responsible for architecting and building next-generation B2B commerce systems that integrate with Shopify, Magento, Laravel, and ERP systems.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Shopify Plus, Laravel, ERP Integrations, B2B Commerce, and AI-driven development workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Architect scalable and high-performance e-commerce systems.Design custom apps, modules, and integrations using Shopify and Laravel.Implement AI-driven development workflows, automated testing, and code review processes.B2B Product DevelopmentBuild features such as customer-specific pricing, bulk ordering, quotes, and approval flows.Implement B2B integrations with ERPs like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, or custom ERPs.Develop real-time data pipelines for product, order, and inventory sync.Required Skills and Qualifications8+ years of full-stack experience with 4+ years of Shopify experience.Strong expertise in Shopify Plus, theme/app development, and API integration.Expertise in Laravel, REST APIs, and backend architecture.Experience with Magento 2 development is a plus.Proficient in GraphQL, Liquid, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3.Exposure to headless commerce (Hydrogen/Storefront API).CI/CD, Git, DevOps workflows, and cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure).Soft SkillsExcellent leadership and mentoring skills.Strong communication and architectural thinking.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and innovate continuously.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Shopify Plus or Laravel certifications are a bonus.
