About this roleWe are looking for a skilled Video Content Creator to join our team.ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time position.Video Production:Develop and execute video concepts that align with our marketing strategy.Capture and edit high-quality video footage for various marketing channels.Familiarity with videography / on-site video production.Maintain a consistent brand style, tone, and messaging across all video content.Editing and post-production:Edit and assemble raw footage, ensuring seamless transitions and clean audio.Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects as needed.Optimize video content for various platforms and devices.Add music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance the viewer experience.Content Management:Organize and maintain a library of video assets.Collaborate with team members to manage video files and project timelines.Quality Assurance:Review and proof video content to ensure accuracy and consistency.Make necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.Professional Development:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software advancements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in film production, digital media, or a related field.Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a marketing environment.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).Knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).Strong storytelling and visual storytelling skills.Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to convey marketing messages through video.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Preferred SkillsExperience with color correction and color grading.Knowledge of audio editing and sound design.Familiarity with video SEO best practices.Basic knowledge of graphic design, 3D modeling, and animation (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
