Location: Teen Theory, Bengaluru (Work from Office)


Working Hours:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • (Monday is a weekly off)


Employment Type: Full-time

As one of India’s most focused and innovative education brands, Teen Theory is reimagining high school learning through hyper-personalized mentorship and hands-on advanced programs. Our AI Division is pioneering India’s first truly personalized AI learning experience for students in Grades 9 to 12, equipping them with skills, projects, and global exposure that set them apart.


We’re excited to onboard an AI Education Engineer to join our Bengaluru office and co-create this journey with us - designing, mentoring, and leading from the front.


Key Responsibilities:


1) Curriculum & Content Development

  • Prepare engaging training material, lesson plans, and practice resources.
  • Design structured modules that balance theory, hands-on learning, and real-world AI applications.


2) Project Co-Building with Students

  • Mentor students in developing AI projects across domains.
  • Guide them through ideation, prototyping, and implementation stages.


3) Live Teaching & Mentorship

  • Deliver interactive live sessions and maintain high levels of engagement.
  • Provide 1:1 mentoring and feedback to students on their projects.


4) Content Creation

  • Shoot professional course content (recorded lessons, tutorials, project walkthroughs).
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality production.


5) Workshops & Outreach

  • Organise and conduct AI workshops for schools, student communities, and Teen Theory events.
  • Represent Teen Theory at relevant forums, seminars, and student showcases.



Who We’re Looking For?


  • Most Importantly - People who’re excited to build an unstoppable AI education infrastructure in India with us
  • Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts (Includes Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Neural Networks, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI).
  • Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI APIs, etc.
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, public speaking, communication, or curriculum design is highly desirable.
  • Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for teenagers and beginners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset for building projects and workshops that connect with school students.
