You’ll build and deploy agents that reason, integrate tools, and automate tasks—serving as our first hire in this area. Responsibilities Develop workflows where agents act autonomously. E.g., document reasoning, cause ranking, ticket generation. Integrate tools, APIs, and knowledge sources using Python, Fast API, and async I/O. Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and manage agent orchestration. Deploy solutions using Docker, CI/CD tools, with logging and monitoring for performance tracking. Collaborate with domain experts to iterate on prototypes, delivering functional agent workflows. Write clear documentation detailing design, workflow logic, and outcomes. Qualifications Experience: 6-10 years using Python in AI or applied machine learning work. Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is a plus. Technical Skills: Python, Fast API, async I/O Agent orchestration and RAG workflows (e.g., Lang Chain, Llama Index) Tool/integration development with external APIs or knowledge bases Docker, CI/CD pipelines, logging and observability setup Track Record: Delivered agent-based prototypes that reason, call tools, and support operational tasks.
