Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated MERN Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will work on a real-world project that drives sales and productivity for MSMEs. This role offers hands-on experience and mentorship in MERN stack technologies, focusing on real-time (Socket.io) applications that monitor and boost sales for MSMEs.


Tech Stack:

  • Frontend: Next.js, React Native, React, Redux Toolkit,Ant UI, React Native Paper
  • Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Socket.io, Winston, AWS S3
  • Database: MongoDB
  • Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript
Key Responsibilities

1. Mobile App Development:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform applications using React Native.
  • Implement features for all device sizes and platforms.


2.Front-End Development:

  • Build and enhance user interfaces using React / React Native.
  • Implement responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.


3.Back-End Development:

  • Work on server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js to create scalable APIs.
  • Develop real-time features using Socket.io.


4.Database Management:

  • Design and maintain MongoDB databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.


5. Integration:

  • Integrate external APIs and services to enhance functionality and user experience.


6.Testing & Debugging:

  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure reliability and performance.


7.Documentation:

  • Maintain clear documentation of code and processes.


8.Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, developers) to implement innovative solutions.


9.Learning & Growth:

  • Stay updated with MERN stack best practices and industry trends.
  • Take initiative to continuously expand your skill set.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing or recently completed a diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
  • Experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Socket.io.
  • Familiarity with React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android).
  • Passion and hunger for problem-solving through technology, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
