Job Title: Application Portfolio Management SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled strategic application portfolio management specialist to support our enterprise architecture and technology optimization efforts. This role is critical in capturing, analyzing, and maintaining application metadata to assess current technology usage and align future business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Leverage LeanIX data stewardship best practices to populate and maintain accurate application data within LeanIX, including ownership, lifecycle, business capabilities, and technical attributes.Ensure completeness and consistency of metadata across the application portfolio by collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing data visualization tools.Evaluate applications for business value, considering strategic alignment, user impact, and cost efficiency.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.Work closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data, fostering effective stakeholder engagement and communication.Generate dashboards and reports from LeanIX to support executive decision-making, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Requirements:4+ years of experience in application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT asset management.Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar APM tools, with a strong understanding of application lifecycle, business capability modeling, and technology stack analysis.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF and BIZBOK.
