Job Title: Senior Portfolio ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to drive project governance, portfolio management, and strategic reporting across multiple initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights that inform business decisions.The successful candidate will lead the PMO function, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, optimizing processes, and enabling leadership with timely and relevant information.A key aspect of this role is the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to delivery teams. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and facilitate collaboration across departments.In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who embodies a culture of excellence, is passionate about mentoring and coaching others, and has a desire to continuously improve processes and systems.Own and manage PMO governance frameworks, ensuring compliance across all projects and programs.Lead development of portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros/VBA, complex formulas) and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).Drive data analysis and trend identification to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs.Facilitate executive governance meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Mentor and coach PMO analysts and project coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence.Collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
