Job OpportunityThis is an exceptional chance for a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the industry and be able to make informed decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesErect, dismantle, maintain, and operate complex equipment such as tower cranes, hoists, and booms.Manage spare parts inventory and optimize costs by sourcing materials efficiently.Generate monthly reports for Mechanical Heads at Headquarters or Project Incharge.Maintain accurate site records, including logbooks, preventive maintenance records, and equipment upkeep.Create detailed estimates for spares and running expenses each month and monitor them regularly.Provide training to personnel on safe equipment usage and necessary repairs/servicing procedures.Ensure optimal use of plant and machinery to match their rated productivity output.Achieve minimum equipment breakdowns and maximum availability on site.Develop service schedules based on hours/Kms running and implement them strictly to minimize equipment downtime.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Organized with excellent leadership skills.Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
