About the RoleWe are seeking a meticulous and organized Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day project support, ensuring timely delivery and smooth communication across cross-functional teams.Coordinate project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.Assist in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Support procurement processes by preparing purchase requests, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.Organize project meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Assist in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and technical submissions.Qualifications & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will need:A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 7 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.A strong understanding of project management processes and documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management tools is preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.The ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Key SkillsProject CoordinationDocumentation & ReportingVendor & Stakeholder ManagementScheduling & TrackingProcurement CoordinationAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills
