Senior Site Supervisor

The role of a senior site supervisor requires strategic thinking and technical expertise. As the central figure in decision-making processes, this position demands exceptional leadership skills to manage personnel across various teams.Key Responsibilities:Experience in plant and machinery management, specifically high-rise towersErection, dismantling, maintenance, and operation of Luffing Jib tower cranes, passenger hoists, placer booms, and other equipmentDevelop methodologies for equipment erection, operation, and preparation of checklistsManage spare parts inventory and optimize costs, source plant and machinery operators, mechanics, and other staffAdditional Responsibilities:Generate monthly MIS reports for mechanical heads and project in-chargesMaintain accurate site records of equipment, including logbooks, preventive maintenance records, and upkeepEstimate and monitor monthly budgets for spares and running expensesTrain personnel on safe equipment usage, repair procedures, and record-keepingEnsure optimal use of plant and machinery, minimizing breakdowns and maximizing availabilityDevelop and implement service schedules based on hours/km runningQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical EngineeringMicrosoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong leadership and organizational skillsMinimum 10 years of experience
