This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.This individual must have a strong understanding of 2D/3D drawings and designs from various disciplines.Responsibilities include identifying potential design discrepancies, foreseeing execution risks, validating work orders and BOQs, and reviewing drawings.A critical aspect of this role is preparing detailed project execution schedules that highlight task inter-dependencies.Regular site inspections and remote monitoring are essential to maintaining quality control and ensuring that project requirements are met.The Site supervisor will receive technical instructions and guidance from this position.This role requires effective communication with customers to provide timely updates on project progress.The Interior Design Project Manager acts as a liaison between designers and customers, bridging any gaps that may arise during project execution.To ensure project success, this individual will analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks and develop solutions to implement end-to-end improvements.Beyond project management responsibilities, this role also involves working closely with internal functions to develop SOPs, pricing strategies, and new initiatives.Vendor relationships are crucial in this position, requiring prompt attention to concerns and issues that may arise.Key Skills:Excellent understanding of 2D/3D drawings and designsAbility to identify design discrepancies and execution risksStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and project management skillsAbility to work closely with designers, customers, and internal teams
