Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

Experience Level: 10–15 years

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to define and drive the strategic roadmap of ServiceNow across multiple enterprise domains. This role demands a visionary leader who can shape platform evolution, integrate with global systems, and influence senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term architectural blueprint for ServiceNow across IT, HR, Finance, Risk & Procurement.
  • Lead platform maturity initiatives (CMDB, automation, AIOps, predictive analytics).
  • Design end-to-end architectures integrating with SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Drive instance strategy, rationalization & compliance with data residency regulations.
  • Partner with CIOs, transformation leaders, and security heads to shape governance and funding.
  • Evaluate & adopt emerging capabilities (Now Assist, GenAI, Data Fabric).
  • Apply strong development background (Java, C++, Python) for versatile solutioning.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in ServiceNow with at least 3+ years in enterprise architecture.
  • Proven success in multi-domain ServiceNow implementations at global scale.
  • Expertise in architectural patterns, compliance, and cloud-native integrations.
  • Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Master Architect or Technical Architect (preferred), plus CSA, CAD & CIS.
