Key ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE modules.Design and implement bespoke solutions for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service using Dynamics 365 CE.Develop and enhance CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript and Web Resources.Customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, SLA/KPI configurations and Power Apps to meet business requirements.Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration and custom middleware.Power Platform DevelopmentAs a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on building Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and Custom Pages using Dataverse.Develop enterprise-grade Power Automate flows (cloud flows, business process flows) to automate business processes.Implement Power Platform governance, solution-layered development, ALM pipelines and environment strategy to ensure efficient project delivery.Optimize Dataverse tables, relationships and column-level security for performance and stability.Technical Architecture & DesignOur successful candidate will participate in solution architecture with Architects and Leads to create high-level and low-level design documents, data models and integration mappings.Ensure adherence to best practices, Microsoft recommended patterns and security & compliance standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that meet business needs.Required Skills & ExperienceCore Technical Expertise5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.Strong development experience with:C#, .NET Framework/CoreJavaScript, TypeScriptPlugins, Custom Workflow ActivitiesPCF ControlsHands-on experience with Dataverse schema design and security.Strong understanding of Solution Architecture, solution layering and managed vs unmanaged solutions.Power Platform SkillsPower Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)Power Automate (Cloud and BPF)Power Platform ALM/PipelinesIntegration & Azure SkillsExperience integrating D365 with:Azure Service BusAzure Logic AppsREST/SOAP APIsWebhooks and Azure FunctionsFamiliarity with Azure AD, OAuth2 and application registrations.Professional AttributesOur ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong communication and stakeholder-interaction skills.Capable of working independently or as part of a distributed multi-vendor team.Passion for learning new technologies and staying aligned with Microsoft's product roadmap.Preferred Certifications (Good to Have)PL-400: Power Platform DeveloperMB-210 / MB-230 / MB-220 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant AssociateAzure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
