Set for multi-city expansion, our 20-seater flagship uses a fully electric live kitchen and base production facility.Role & Responsibilities:Take ownership of your kitchen section (sandwich, burger, egg, or dessert) for mise en place, live firing, plating, and servicePrepare, assemble, and finish gourmet sandwiches, burgers, and egg dishes at an open live counterExecute base prep in coordination with the prep kitchen for breads, baked goods, and dessertsInnovate with consulting chefs and leadership on new ice cream, sundae, and brunch recipes—helping refresh and elevate the menuTrain and mentor junior cooks to achieve speed, precision, and qualityEnforce HACCP standards for kitchen hygiene, food safety, and daily cleaningSupport record-keeping, inventory checks, and safe ingredient storageRepresent Indulge Creamery's standards and culture as we expand across major outlets and malls.Requirements:3-5 years as CDP/DCDP in a premium café, bistro, QSR, or bakery environmentSkilled with electric, induction, fryer, and live counter prepDemonstrated ability with sandwiches, burgers, eggs, and plated dessertsWorking knowledge of HACCP and modern kitchen SOPsEnergetic, reliable, and passionate about both savory and sweet menu innovationEagerness to grow with a new brand poised for national rolloutLocation: Bandra (W), MumbaiSalary: ₹28,000–32,000 per month (based on experience)
