Program Director OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives that advance our education mission through technology-enabled solutions. This role involves driving cross-functional programs, defining and implementing program management methodologies, and partnering with stakeholders to align on vision and delivery milestones.Drive and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs.Define, implement, and continuously improve program management methodologies.Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align on vision and priorities.Track and report on program progress, risks, and issues.Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across teams.Champion Agile practices and support teams in adapting processes for scale.Proven experience (4+ years) in program or project management.Strong knowledge of program management standards and frameworks.Experience in defining and embedding best practices, tools, and processes.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Our organization is a non-profit, tuition-free, American, accredited, 100% online university recognized by the DEAC as an accredited online University.
