Job Title: Guidance SpecialistWe are seeking a Guidance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the counselling process, understanding their learning needs, and providing suitable course recommendations.Conduct telephonic and online counselling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational background, career goals, and recommend appropriate courses.Track and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into enrollments, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through a consultative approach.Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes to ensure a smooth enrolment and onboarding process.Meet weekly and monthly counselling and conversion targets by coordinating with internal teams.Maintain detailed records of student interactions in the CRM system.Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory: Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English languages.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to address student queries with empathy.Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.Good understanding of the Ed-Tech domain is preferred.Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools are required.
