Lead Talent Acquisition StrategistWe are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to lead our hiring strategy and execute end-to-end recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in healthcare recruitment.Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.- Forecast talent needs for clinical, administrative, and operational positions, ensuring timely recruitment of high-quality candidates.- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles, leveraging multiple channels and networks.2. End-to-End Recruitment Management- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, assessments, salary negotiation, and offer closure.- Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.- Ensure minimal time-to-hire for urgent and business-critical positions, while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.3. Sourcing & Talent Pipelines- Utilize multiple channels and sources to attract top medical and non-medical talent, including job portals, social media, campus hiring, referrals, and agencies.- Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies, staffing partners, and other external partners, ensuring optimal ROI and quality service delivery.- Build a database of specialists, super-specialists, and paramedical staff, leveraging existing networks and connections.4. Stakeholder Management- Partner with clinical leadership, unit heads, and HR business partners to ensure smooth hiring operations, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement.- Present hiring dashboards and analysis to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.- Lead recruitment team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to drive excellence in talent acquisition.5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the hospital's reputation as an attractive employer, focusing on employee value proposition, diversity, and inclusion.- Ensure superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, leveraging best practices in recruitment marketing and talent attraction.- Manage hospital presence on relevant career platforms, optimizing employer branding and increasing visibility among target audiences.6. Compliance, Documentation & Onboarding- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, employment laws, and compliance standards, protecting the hospital's reputation and minimizing risk exposure.- Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new joiners, ensuring seamless integration into the organization and excellent first impressions.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, MIS, dashboards, and hiring analytics, informing data-driven decisions and strategic planning.7. Process Improvement- Standardize recruitment processes and implement best practices for quality hiring, driving efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.- Leverage HR technology, ATS systems, and automation tools to streamline recruitment operations, reduce costs, and enhance candidate experience.- Analyze hiring metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire) and develop strategies to drive improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and outcomes.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.- 8-12 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 4-5 years in healthcare recruitment.- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights-based decision-making.
