Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee daily construction activities and ensure that site works are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.The role involves close monitoring of manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve timely and quality execution of the project.Main Responsibilities:Site Management: Supervise and control day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth progress of work.Construction Execution: Execute construction works as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.Planning and Coordination: Plan daily and weekly work schedules, manpower, and material requirements in coordination with engineers.Quality Control: Monitor and ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.Verification and Quality Assurance: Check and verify levels, alignments, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing work.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure quality of work and compliance with company standards and safety norms.
