The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the NEET ecosystem, with expertise in academic operations and content creation.Strategize and execute plans for the NEET vertical, encompassing content, teachers, operations, and product strategy.Develop and implement academic calendars, learning journeys, and course structures that align with industry standards.Promote innovative approaches to pricing, packaging, and scaling strategies for NEET batches, ensuring adaptability and competitiveness.Identify, recruit, and coordinate with experienced NEET faculty members, emphasizing subject matter experts in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.Oversee the selection and management of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) responsible for creating high-quality question banks, notes, tests, and study modules.Maintain rigorous quality control to ensure academic excellence within the NEET ecosystem.Lead the creation of engaging lectures, DPPs, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses, leveraging diverse formats to enhance student engagement.Collaborate with design, video, and tech teams to deliver seamless learning experiences, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.Innovate and refine educational content formats, incorporating micro-revisions, short theory capsules, hybrid content, and other creative approaches.Manage daily operations, class schedules, doubt resolution, and planning, fostering a productive and supportive environment.Cultivate strong relationships between teachers, operational teams, technical staff, and student support services, ensuring smooth coordination.Monitor academic progress, gather student feedback, and prioritize timely execution, promoting continuous improvement.Partner with marketing teams to develop launch campaigns and establish a distinctive brand identity for the NEET vertical.Support YouTube integration efforts, advertising strategies, and outreach initiatives to expand reach and impact.Analyze student behavior to inform data-driven decisions, enhancing conversion rates and retention levels.Requirements:Deep knowledge of the NEET exam pattern, syllabus, and student needs, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage cross-functional teams, oversee academics, and drive content creation, with a keen focus on process improvement.Organized, results-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with a passion for education and student success.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and make informed decisions.
