Our solutions include Interactive Media, Web Platforms, CRM, Online Marketing, and Virtual Reality for automotive dealers and OEMs.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team in Bangalore. This senior-level role is pivotal in shaping the go-to-market strategy for our cutting-edge SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment between product vision and market demand. The SPMM will act as the voice of the customer, drive strategic marketing initiatives, and lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Intelligence: Lead efforts to understand customer needs, market trends, and buyer behavior with a strong focus on auto dealers and OEMs.
- Competitive Positioning: Establish a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and define strategies to differentiate our products.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine high-impact product positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with business goals.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Design and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Marketing Program Leadership: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes.
- Product Launch Excellence: Lead cross-functional product launches, ensuring seamless coordination between product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Sales Enablement: Serve as a strategic partner to the sales team by providing advanced training, tools, and collateral to address customer pain points effectively.
- Thought Leadership: Represent izmocars as a product evangelist in industry events, webinars, and key customer engagements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior, market-facing role.
- Proven success in marketing SaaS solutions, with experience in the automotive or similar B2B industries strongly preferred.
- Strong expertise in tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, and Google Analytics, along with CRM and productivity platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Robust analytical skills and ROI-driven decision-making ability.
- Demonstrated track record in designing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (MBA strongly preferred).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
