Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a primary focus on content marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all marketing collaterals, social media channels, and our website, ensuring that our content effectively represents our brand and supports business objectives. The role will involve collaborating with various teams to develop compelling content for sales, marketing, and brand-building efforts, while also supporting corporate communication and demand generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Marketing Collaterals
Take ownership of all sales and marketing collaterals, including corporate profiles, capability decks, industry presentations, case studies, white papers, brochures, and other customer-facing documents.
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, sales, and delivery teams to ideate, design, and create impactful content.
Develop new content and repurpose existing materials to support Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, creating collateral for specific campaigns and scenarios.
Ensure that all content aligns with brand standards and is crafted to address customer pain points and demonstrate our value proposition.
2. Social Media Management
Manage and oversee all company social media accounts to enhance our online presence and engagement.
Repurpose case studies, white papers, articles, and blogs into engaging social media content.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to create content aimed at both external and internal audiences.
Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with company objectives and GTM campaigns.
3. Website Management
Own and manage the company website and any related microsites, ensuring content is updated, relevant, and aligned with GTM strategies.
Regularly publish and update case studies, white papers, blogs, and articles targeting different audiences.
Work with internal teams to ensure that the website serves as an informative and compelling resource for potential clients, employees, and stakeholders.
4. Market Research
Conduct research on customers, competitors, and industry trends to stay updated and support content strategy.
Analyze competitor websites and offerings to identify best practices and potential areas for differentiation.
Ideate with Sales and other stakeholders on GTM strategies and content that addresses evolving market demands.
5. Marketing Email Campaigns
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at various target audiences, including prospects, clients, and potential recruits.
Build and segment audiences for personalized email outreach to drive engagement and lead generation.
6. Webinars
Plan, organize, and execute webinars, positioning them as a channel for thought leadership and lead generation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify relevant topics, speakers, and content for each webinar.
7. Corporate Communication
Partner with HR and other internal teams to manage corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all employee and stakeholder interactions.
Support internal initiatives with content that strengthens company culture and enhances employee engagement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B environment.
Proven experience in creating and managing a range of sales and marketing collaterals.
Strong social media management skills, with the ability to create and schedule content across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in website content management, with experience in regularly updating and maintaining a corporate website.
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of market research, email marketing, webinars, and corporate communications.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
