They will also monitor outsourcing and data transfer regulations, ensuring India operations meet global client and data security expectations.Key Deliverables:Ensure adherence to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and Everise's global privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).Collaborate with Information Security and Global Privacy teams to ensure lawful cross-border data transfer practices.
