Job Title:A highly skilled QA automation developer is required to contribute to building robust automation frameworks, ensure high-quality product delivery, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects that will enhance your technical skills and experience in automation testing.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and automation testing with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Main Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress and Playwright to ensure efficient and effective test execution.Perform end-to-end manual and automation testing for web-based applications to identify and report defects.Analyze functional & non-functional requirements and identify automation scope to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Build high-quality, reusable, maintainable automation scripts that are well-structured and easy to maintain.Create comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and detailed test result reports to facilitate decision-making.Work closely with developers and product owners to prioritize and resolve defects efficiently.Participate in test estimation, planning, and QA strategy discussions to align with business goals.Lead and mentor junior testers when required to share knowledge and expertise.Manage the full defect life cycle and participate in triage meetings to ensure timely resolution.Continuously enhance automation capabilities and optimize test execution to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Maintain coding standards and best practices within the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables.Mandatory Skills:4+ years of QA experience (Manual + Automation) with a strong focus on software development and automation testing.Strong real-time experience with Cypress and Playwright with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Solid understanding of testing fundamentals, SDLC & STLC with a focus on delivering high-quality products.Experience with regression suite automation and JavaScript/TypeScript with a focus on delivering high-quality code.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and test management tools with a focus on streamlining processes.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving complex issues efficiently.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with a focus on software development and automation testing.Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a focus on collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.Passion for learning and self-improvement with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
