Establish scalable, secure, and reusable test data solutions to support diverse testing needs. Provide expert guidance to engineering leaders on advanced QA tools and best practices. Mentor QA engineers and developers to improve automation, code quality, and observability skills. Define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor system health and pipeline performance. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver cohesive, organization-wide QA frameworks.
