Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer with 4 to 6 years of experience and exceptional writing and editing abilities. The ideal candidate will create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets organizational standards and enhances user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documents, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, online help, FAQs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information and ensure accuracy.
• Create visually appealing documentation by incorporating diagrams, flowcharts, screenshots, and other visuals.
• Ensure all content adheres to the company's style guide, industry standards (such as MSTP), and best practices.
• Review and revise documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to stay aligned with project updates and timelines.
• Use documentation tools like Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Microsoft Word, and DITA-based authoring tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with content management systems and documentation tools.
• Basic understanding of coding, APIs, or software development processes is a plus.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
