STEM Smart IT, Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled RFI Proposal Writer to join our team. with experience writing IT or technology-based contracts for U.S. Federal Government, state, and city agencies. Candidates with experience in pricing strategy and cost estimations are highly preferred.

Job Title: Remote Part-Time RFI Proposal Writer for U.S. Federal Government

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced RFI Proposal Writer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and related documents with IT or technology-based contracts for U.S. Federal Government, state, and city agencies. Candidates with experience in pricing strategy and cost estimations are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write comprehensive, persuasive, and compliant RFI and RFP responses tailored to government specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather input, clarify requirements, and develop competitive proposals.
• Ensure all submissions meet formatting, compliance, and quality standards as specified by the requesting agency.
• Prepare detailed pricing strategies and assist in cost estimations to align with competitive government benchmarks.
• Manage multiple RFI/RFP simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in writing RFIs, RFPs, RFXs and related proposals for U.S. Federal Government, state, and city agencies.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in proposal writing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret and analyze technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with pricing models and strategies is a strong advantage.
