About us.We are looking for an electrical systems designer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.This role is key in designing and developing high-quality, reliable, and efficient electrical systems for data centers.Key responsibilities include:Designing and developing electrical systems for data centers, including power distribution, grounding, lighting, and standby power.Creating and managing single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and panel schedules using EPLAN and Revit.Performing power system analysis (short circuit, load flow, arc flash, protection coordination) using ETAP.Developing and validating lighting and emergency lighting designs using DIALux.Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.Participating in peer design reviews to ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA 70E).Preparing detailed design documentation, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).Supporting commissioning teams and responding to RFIs during construction phases.Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.Proficiency in or familiarity with ETAP, EPLAN, Revit, DIALux, and other relevant software.Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEC, IEEE, NFPA 70E).Familiarity with Tier classifications and redundancy concepts.Experience in mission-critical environments.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.About the company:We are a dynamic and innovative technology company that values diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
