We are always interested in making contact with talented individuals - people who will demonstrate our values and deliver great service, for internal and external stakeholders.Overall Purpose of The JobThis role will involve the analysis of a wide range of data and will require comfortability with large complex data sets and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and stories, and mainly performance improvement.The Senior Data Analyst will develop dashboards and reports; providing a view of historical trends and predictions. This includes identifying critical questions and solving problems by utilizing statistical technics that impact the operations and strategic decisions.Drive digitalization within the organization, build and maintain databases and digital dashboards which empowers end-users to make timely and effective decisions. This includes stimulating the adoption of data-driven practices and guiding stakeholders in leveraging data insights in their day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities And TasksProvide regular performance report and trend, root case analysis with insightOffer recommendation for improvementDesign, develop and maintain interactive dashboardsConfiguration of data stack within the DevOps framework, develop data objects and write code in and around the data stackCollaborate with stakeholders and gain deep understanding their needs, challenges and requirement to provide beneficial data analysisAct in a timely manner for ad-hoc information/data requestSupport the teams to make data led business decisionsModelling of resource demand / supply with "what if" scenarioContinuously improve accuracy and details of all forecasting modelMarket and business trend analysis – historical and predictiveEnsure data quality controlContribute to continuous improvement of data analytics process and methodologyWhat can I expect in return?V.
