Financial Planning and Analysis SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of financial processes, strong analytical skills, and experience in designing and deploying financial models using CCH Tagetik.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Developing and implementing financial planning and analysis solutions using CCH Tagetik.Building and maintaining Data Transformation Processes (DTPs), ETL pipelines, and SQL-based logic.Collaborating with business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.Writing TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations to support planning and forecasting.Designing and managing data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies.Integrating CCH Tagetik with external systems using Data Management tools and APIs.Ensuring secure user provisioning and access control.Participating in performance tuning, testing, and deployment.Providing ongoing technical support and driving continuous improvement.Supporting UAT and SIT processes by preparing test scenarios, documentation, and assisting end users.Creating and maintaining detailed functional and technical design documents, user stories, and process maps.Training end-users and providing post-implementation support.Requirements include a minimum of 2+ years of experience with CCH Tagetik implementations, a strong understanding of financial processes, hands-on experience in designing and deploying financial models, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a preferred certification in CCH Tagetik. The successful candidate should also have soft skills such as the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
