We're building OutframeHQ — and we're looking for a tech co-founder.

Not a developer.

A mad scientist with code in their blood and curiosity in their bones.

We’re assembling a lean, sharp, and relentless team to build OutframeHQ — a neuro marketing and innovation company that doesn’t play by the book. We already have co-founders leading creative, growth, consulting, and strategy. What we don’t have is someone obsessed with tech — and ready to lead from the front.

This role isn’t for someone who’s just built apps. It’s for someone who:

  • Lives and breathes tech — from machine learning to computer vision to biofeedback to spatial computing.
  • Has hacked things that weren’t supposed to be hacked.
  • Gets excited by words like BCI, edge AI, sensor fusion, generative design, and real-time marketing automation.
  • Knows how to build, prototype, test, ship — and break things, too :)
  • Wants to build the kind of tech people haven’t seen in this industry.


We’re building a federated company — modular, powerful, and unorthodox. You’ll own the technology narrative and innovation stack across the whole ecosystem. From tools that automate marketing workflows to experimental formats powered by neuroscience and machine learning — this is your playground.


Who you are:
  • Based in Bangalore — we’re building this company hands-on, in the room.
  • Have led tech at a startup or built ambitious projects solo.
  • Can architect, build, prototype — fast and smart.
  • Deeply curious about emerging tech and new interfaces.
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty or go deep into unexplored territory.
  • Hungry to build something that doesn’t have a blueprint.


What you’ll own:
  • End-to-end tech vision for OutframeHQ.
  • Prototyping and building core tech products (automated campaign engines, real-time data visualizers, interactive brand tech).
  • Turning services into scalable, productized tools.
  • Building the early infrastructure, tooling, and experimentation lab.
  • Long-term: lead the entire tech innovation vertical — your way.


This is not a job. It’s a seat at the founding table, with equity and ownership.
