A US IT recruiter is in charge of recognising, screening, interviewing and recruiting job candidates in the information technology industry for the US market. Their duties include recruiting candidates with the particular skills an employer seeks, such as technical expertise or programming skills, and they usually hire for roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, etc

Skill set - IT Recruitment , must have knowledge about the US Tax Terms( w2 and c2c)


Duties And Responsibilities


IT recruiters are in charge of developing and putting into action a talent pipeline, which will be used to recruit a large pool of talent. They offer organisations the essential confidence that they need to hire the candidates who are competent and equipped to handle their technological requirements. Other responsibilities of an IT recruiter include:


Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.

W2 and C2C Hiring experience

Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

Work on strategic global hiring programs.

Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.

Procure people for different IT Requirements.

Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.

Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.

In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.

Keeping abreast of the industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills required for various positions.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
