Job OverviewThis role entails designing and developing advanced artificial intelligence models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products that transform healthcare industries.Design and Develop AI Models:Develop cutting-edge generative artificial intelligence models and systems.Collaborate with Teams:Work closely with software engineers to integrate generative models into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.RequirementsFor this position, we require the following skills and qualifications:3+ Years of Industry Experience:Hands-on experience in contemporary AI such as training generative AI models like LLMs and image-to-text models, improving pre-trained models, evaluating these models, and feedback loops.Specialized Expertise:Model fine-tuning, RLHF, RAG, LLM tool use, and other relevant techniques.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Transformer, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Vertex AI.Responsibilities:Developing new LLMs for medical imaging.Improving training efficiency and extending or improving LLM capabilities, reliability, and safety in image-to-text generation using medical data.Data preprocessing, indexing, and feature engineering specific to healthcare image and text data.BenefitsIn this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to creating AI-powered solutions that generate high-quality clinically relevant texts while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.OthersStaying up-to-date with research literature and thinking beyond state-of-the-art to address user needs is essential for this position.
