This individual will fine-tune LLMs (GPT, Claude, open-source) for enterprise use and guide a team of AI engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead design, training, and deployment of foundational and generative AI models.Fine-tune LLMs (GPT, Claude, open-source) for enterprise use.Guide a team of AI engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.Build ML pipelines (supervised/unsupervised) and integrate AI into business platforms.Collaborate across business, product, and tech teams to drive AI initiatives.Ensure model performance, scalability, and compliance.Stay updated on LLM, RAG, and generative AI advancements.Required Skills & Experience:3–5 years' experience in AI/ML (model building, fine-tuning, deployment).Expertise in Agentic Architecture, MCPs, and RAG frameworks.Strong with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Docker, and Git.Hands-on with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT) and vector databases.Solid grasp of prompt engineering and ML Ops practices.Experience mentoring engineers; NBFC/BFSI exposure preferred.
