Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data management and compliance with statutory laws.Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives.Drive inclusive workplace cultureFoster collaboration among team membersEnsure accurate organizational structure updates and maintain seamless execution of employee grievance processes.Prepare monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and other HR activities, providing strategic insights for leadership.Partner with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams to drive operational efficiency and resolve HR queries proactively.Key Responsibilities:Oversee employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit.Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts).Coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance.Prepare yearly goal setting, annual appraisal, and performance review process cycles.Requirements:Strong understanding of HR systems and data management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to drive operational efficiency and resolve HR queries proactively.Strategic thinking and analytical skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
